This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath split-level condo (2nd and 3rd floors) at Sea Sands Condos in Port Aransas is well appointed, clean with comfortable fixings. The two private balconies overlook the beautiful community swimming pool, and there is a community beach walkover.

Perfect for a larger group, this unit can sleep up to 10!! Two bedrooms have a king sized bed, the third bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds.

All bedrooms and the living room have flat screen televisions with cable. The spacious kitchen has a breakfast bar that opens into the living area, and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and other kitchen essentials.

The complex also has a commmunity laundry facility and free wireless internet.

If you are a fisherman, there is ample parking for a boat (bay boats, no large or offshore boats), and the in-town location means you are just minutes from all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Port Aransas has to offer!

A maximum of three standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the vehicles.

A portion of your total will be donated to the Marlin Legacy Foundation whose mission is to facilitate financial support for the dedicated educators and staff of Port Aransas ISD.

Winter Texans - this property is available January and February at $1900 per month!

Graduation Getaway

This was a great place for us to spend our beach trip to celebrate our son's graduation. The condo was an easy set up for multiple families. The beds were SO comfortable. Perfect Beach Getaway

Spacious and well equipped. We loved the unit, it had comfy furniture and was close to everything on the island. We rented a golf cart and were all over the place without much fuss. The automatic lock was so much easier than a physical key. The beds were actually very comfortable which is a huge plus and the hot water never ran out. The pool was also perfect. Working Weekend w/Friends

The property is nice and centrally located. Easy access and no parking issues. I didnt realize it had 2 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs from the photos. Kitchen and baths are showing their age, but the furniture is beautiful. - (Apr 2022 - HomeAway)

Spring Break at Port A

Port A

Nice property and location for us in Port Aransas. Close to the beach and short drive to many eateries and drinking places as well as a grocery store. Even the drive to Corpus Christie was an easy drive. We enjoyed our stay very much and the condo was great for us but balcony doors on the lower (2nd floor) level and upper level (3rd floor) didn't work smoothly. A great week at the beach

Yes. I definitely recommend this property. Property managers were friendly and helpful. It was a quick walk to the beach down the boardwalk. Cute little loft apartment with lots of space for everyone. It is upstairs and a wagon is helpful for dragging stuff to the beach, so plan accordingly. - (Aug 2021 - VRBO)

Nice Condo

Beach trip for our seniors!

We brought our graduating seniors down for a beach trip and we had an excellent time. The location is great and property is just as described. There were a few minor issues at the condo itself. A crack in the window in the upstairs bedroom leading to the balcony, a broken toilet seat, and the hand towel holder came off. All VERY minor and did not affect our stay at all.
