This recently renovated property is located at the ever-popular and family friendly Pirates Bay Resort in Port Aransas! Pirates Bay is one of the newest projects in Port Aransas, and offers some of the best amenities in town. Two beautiful slope entry swimming pools, community BBQ area and kids play area. Relax in the beautifully landscaped pool area in a hammock, lounge chair, or relax under a shaded palapa.
 
Just steps from the community swimming pool! Step off your private patio for a relaxing dip or relax with your morning cup of coffee in one of the outside Adirondack chairs.

This two-story townhome offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and will accommodate up to 8 guests. On the main level, you will find a bedroom with 2 queen beds and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There are two other bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed. There is another bathroom with a walk-in shower on the second level. Each bedroom is equipped with a 40'' smart TV with cable service.
 
The living area and kitchen are located on the first floor and are an open concept style, perfect for entertaining. The living area offers a comfortable leather sectional sofa and a 58'' smart TV with cable service. The modern kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances as well as a coffee maker, assorted cookware and all the other essentials for preparing a meal in paradise.
 
The kitchen bar offers seating for 2 and there is also a 4 person dining table.

This property also has a private washer and dryer in the unit and wireless internet service.
 
There is designated parking for 3 vehicles in the spots labeled 107. There are 2 directly in front of the home and the 3rd is on the other side of the building.
 
Since this home is located on the bay side of Highway 361, it is not possible to access the rest of the island with a golf cart. There are no legal golf cart crossings to get across Highway 361. For your own safety, we do not recommend attempting to rent a golf cart with this property.

Winter Texans - this property is available from November through February at $1800 per month. Book now for the winter time!
