This brand new beach home is located in Ocean Village, one of the most popular new developments in Port Aransas. The community's amenities include a beautiful swimming pool and cabana. Located along 11th Street, this home is just a short car or golf cart ride to the beach.

This beautifully decorated home is perfect for entertaining, with an inviting yet spacious open concept living area; gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and a large breakfast bar; and lots of natural light. Take entertaining outdoors, or just sit quietly enjoying the island breeze, on one of the two private balconies.

With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Two bedrooms have king sized beds with private baths, as well as access to a private balcony. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds.

The home also includes flat screen televisions in the living room and all bedrooms and a washer/dryer near the kitchen. The back yard area is a perfect spot for gathering and features a concrete patio area with beautiful rock work and landscaping, a charcoal BBQ pit, a propane fire pit, canopy shades, outdoor lighting and additional seating. There is ample parking on the property for up to five cars. Parking for bay boats is also permitted as long as the boat is able to fit under the home. Please let the realty office know if you plan to bring a bay boat. Note that the garage is reserved exclusively for owner use and not available to renters.

Winter Texans: This home is available monthly for January and February at $2200 per month!

Great property! Very open floor plan.great for entertaining and playing games in large groups.

Perfect place for multiple couples!

Our stay consisted of all adults -- 3 couples plus a couple single people. The place was PERFECT for our group! Plenty of parking, plenty of restrooms, roomy kitchen and common areas. Texas Trip

The property was very nice and our stay was very enjoyable. I would definitely stay again. Despite the polar vortex hitting while we were there, the management/owners were great. Wonderful weekend getaway

Great Stay in Port A!

Fun time
