Gorgeous and tastefully decorated top floor 2 bed 2 bath condo with direct gulf views from the living room and master bedroom. This newly renovated condo has an open concept kitchen, dining, and living room with large windows and a door that opens up to the gulf facing covered balcony.

The spacious kitchen has plenty of cabinets and counters and is well stocked with your basic cooking essentials. A sofa with chase lounge allows for comfortable lounging while enjoying beach views or watching the large flat screen TV.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat screen tv, and access to the hall bathroom via a door from the bedroom. The primary bedroom has access to the the covered balcony and includes a king bed and flat screen TV. It also includes a private bath with walk in tiled shower. The living room sofa converts to a bed.

Large utility room off the hallway includes a full size washer and dryer. Wireless internet service is also provided.

Please note: boat parking is allowed for smaller bay boats. Please tell the office when booking if you plan to bring a boat. Parking for this unit is limited to 2 vehicles. Parking is not assigned and first come, first served.

A portion of your total will be donated to the Marlin Legacy Foundation whose mission is to facilitate financial support for the dedicated educators and staff of Port Aransas ISD.

Good Place

We had a very pleasant stay. We were further from town so you had to drive to port aransas. It's about 4 miles from downtown. The beach is only 3-5 min walk. The place was very clean and we all enjoyed our stay. - (Sep 2022 - VRBO)

Loved It!

As advertised. Well maintained, clean and modern. Easy beach access and great pool. Condo and unit has all the amenities. The beach is accessible to cars and it quickly fills up axle to axle on the weekend. Only down sides of the building are the grounds which have no decorative landscaping or vegetation and the construction work happening right behind the building which mars the visual aspect. - (Jul 2022 - VRBO)

Perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay in Port Aransas at Garand Caribbean 4007! This unit was super clean and had the perfect set up for our family. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the large kitchen was great for cooking family meals. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sun come up. Our children loved their bedroom, and the primary bedroom was cozy with great views of the Gulf. The pool on property was great for cooling off each day, and the boardwalk to the Gulf made it easy to get to the beach without having to drive there. The wagon with sand toys and beach chairs was so helpful and made our visit to the beach even more fun! We would definitely stay here again. Short family getaway.

Awesome Beach Condo
