Great in town home a short golf cart ride away from all of that Port Aransas has to offer. Casa Delfin Alegre is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with tons of outdoor space. It is situated near the cul de sac with no through traffic making it a quiet area to spend your vacation.

This home is also nearby the Port Aransas community swimming pool which the owners kindly provide day passes for you and your guests. The Port A Community pool is heated to 80 degrees during the winter months. If you love bird watching, there is a nature preserve a short distance away.

Inside you'll find a nice open great room with comfortable furniture and flat screen TV. The unique coffee table allows for hours of entertainment because it has a built in foosball game! There is a dining table with seating for 4 and an additional 3 seats along the breakfast island. The kitchen is spacious and includes all of your basic cooking essentials for whipping up that family favorite.

The first guest room includes a twin over full bunk bed and the 2nd guest room boasts a queen bed. These bedrooms have access to the hall bathroom that includes a tub/shower combo. The master bedroom includes a king bed, flat screen tv, and en suite which has a soaking tub and walk in shower.

There is a utility room with full size washer and dryer. *Please note that the TVs do not have cable, but they have the ability to stream via the internet.

Max parking allowed 4 vehicles. A golf cart, boat, or trailer will count as one of these vehicles.

Winter Texans - this property is available from November through February at $2000 per month.

A portion of your total will be donated to the Marlin Legacy Foundation whose mission is to facilitate financial support for the dedicated educators and staff of Port Aransas ISD.

Nice place on quiet street - close to everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well-equipped, pretty well maintained, and very comfortable (the throw pillow to couch ratio was high, which I appreciate). Stayed nice and cool and loved being able to park underneath out of the sun. We rented a golf cart to get back & forth to the beach (10/10 recommend) and the property managers were nice enough to recommend a few options for that. It was less than 5min from the beach entrance and about the same to all the restaurants and shops. Check-in and out were very easy and they were very helpful when we had some trouble with the front door lock (100% user error). Recommend! - (Jun 2022)

Quick stay in Port A

We came over for a quick trip to look at a boat to purchase. After a 13 hour long drive it was nice to arrive a clean, cool house. The neighborhood was quiet and clean, we were easily able to park our 40' long boat trailer beneath the house. The house was tidy, the ac works really well, albeit a little noisy, I'll take noise over being hot. We had everything we needed while there, plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. If we ever come back, I will definitely book again! - (Jun 2022)

Wonderful place for a family!
