Great fit for 3 families

The house was very clean and well stocked as advertised. Check in/church out very simple. The back yard is perfect for grilling and playing corn hole (both provided). The oven is weird and we didn't find the instructions until we were cleaning up the last day, but that's on us (look in the pantry). The house is very close to the pool and not a bad walk to the beach. However, I would highly recommend renting a golf cart for trekking all your things down to the beach - makes life a lot easier when kids are involved. Board walk is designed to allow golf carts. Overall it was a great stay. Look forward to going back. - (Aug 2022)

Great Stay

Perfect family beach spot

The house was located in a great, clean, small neighborhood with easy access to the beach and the neighborhood pool. The house was perfect for large family / multiple families for several days. The downstairs was spacious, the kitchen was large and equipped and the kids bunk room was a perfect spot to let the kids hide out and chill! Family Fun

This is an ideal property for families. We were walking distance to the beach, close to the pool and only a few minutes drive to great food and stores. If possible bring as much of your groceries, condiments, shampoo, soap etc. it was a limited selection and pricey. However, the house was well stocked with dishes, appliances etc. overall it is a fabulous house! - (May 2022)

Birthday/Anniversary Getaway

Great for families!

This was our first time at Royal Sands, we usually book at Cinnamon Shore. We traveled with several other families that booked nearby and our rental was perfect for our group! The best house ever!

The renting process was easy, check in was easy, and the house lived up to every expectation we had. It is bright, clean, modern, and just plain wonderful! 2 of the bedrooms have tvs: the master and the kids bunk bed room. There is every cooking utensil you could ever need and plenty of pantry space. This house did not disappoint! We can't wait to come back!! - (Mar 2022)

Sweetest Memories!

We loved our stay at the Island Gem! The house was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils and appliances. Some of the oven knob icons are rubbed off, but there is a printed copy of the manual in the drawer next to it. 
 
We loved the opened floor plan and there is plenty of room for lounging when recouping from a full day of sun! We ended up rented a golf cart for two days (definitely make reservations ahead of time) because even though it's not too far of a walk, we had quite a bit to haul to the beach for the day.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed the enclosed backyard and close distance to the pool. I recommend renting a golf cart to haul stuff to the beach or getting a beach sticker for your vehicle. What everyone is saying is true- it's awesome! Exactly as pictured & described. The floorplan is great, it was very clean, & kid friendly. Y'all, I'm a snob- it was GOOD. We found everything to be in working order & great shape. Super cute neighborhood & close to the beach :) Ed's Coastal Golf carts delivers to the hood!
