This unit had no damage from Hurricane Harvey, however there is currently ongoing construction in the complex in other units and the outside of the building. Please keep in mind that you will potentially encounter construction during your stay.

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 1st floor at Sea Sands Condos in Port Aransas. It is just steps from the community swimming pool, and guests can use the Coral Cay boardwalk to get to and from the beach. It has been nicely renovated top to bottom with new flooring, a beautiful kitchen, new furnishings and much more.

Sleeping up to 4 guests, this unit has a queen sized bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The living area and twin bedroom each has a flat screen TV. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom.

The kitchen has a large breakfast bar that opens into the living area, and comes fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, wine chiller, dishwasher and other kitchen essentials.

The living room has a large window and opens up onto a covered, private patio area perfect for relaxing and taking in the Port A weather. The complex also has a community laundry facility and free wireless internet.

If you are a fisherman, there is ample parking for a boat (bay boats, no large or offshore boats), and the in-town location means you are just minutes from all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Port Aransas has to offer!

Boat parking allowed in designated area but check with management on size restrictions. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. Parking is not assigned and first come, first served.

Winter Texans - this property is available from January through March at $1700 per month!

A portion of your total will be donated to the Marlin Legacy Foundation whose mission is to facilitate financial support for the dedicated educators and staff of Port Aransas ISD.

Weekend getaway

Everything you need

This unit was perfect location as it was an end unit, close to parking lot yet close to pool and back patio. The floor plan of these units are perfect as bedrooms are separated from main kitchen and living area so early risers don't disturb everyone sleeping. Loved all the kitchen appliances with 2 different coffee makers to satisfy all needs. The hose conveniently located off back porch was helpful in rinsing off shoes, beach chairs etc before re-entering unit. We will definitely be coming back! - (Jun 2022 - VRBO)
